About
Joyce Meyers has been an English teacher, lawyer, world traveler, and award-winning poet. She has won the Atlanta Review 2014 International Poetry Competition and the 2024 Blue Light Poetry Prize, and her full-length collection Twisted Threads was named a 2024 Independent Press Awards Distinguished Favorite. Her poems have been published in numerous journals and anthologies, including The Comstock Review, Atlanta Review, Slant, Muse Literary Journal, Paterson Literary Review, Glimpse, Xanadu, and Caesura. She has published two full-length poetry collections and three chapbooks and regularly participates in poetry readings in the Philadelphia area.
